"The Sony KDL-40Z4500 is a very good TV set. The motionflow 200hz is amazingly clarifying and the HD really makes viewing come alive. I sometimes put the Motionflow on a medium setting as it seems to make some things look strange - like if a tree is blowing in the wind in the background it should look as if it moving naturally fast - with motionflow it looks like it is body popping - well sort of - but it is fantastic for natural history programmes and sports. Highly recommended"
